Warranty, Replacement, and Return Policy
To benefit from our warranty, Replacement, and return services, the original purchase invoice must be provided.
Returns: Accepted within 7 days from the purchase date.
Replacement: Accepted within 14 days from the purchase date.
Warranty, Replacement, and Return Policies – Terms & Conditions:
Mobile phones, tablets, and Apple products are covered by the authorized dealer's warranty. The customer must contact the dealer directly.
Accessories such as batteries, cables, headphones, games, smart products, and others have a two-year warranty provided by the dealer.
If the customer prefers to exchange the product through Wadi Al Hayat Company, they will bear the shipping (delivery) costs or may visit the customer service department at the branch.
Orders paid via MasterCard cannot be returned partially or in full.

The store reserves the right to cancel orders if the product is out of stock or if there is a pricing error.
The product must be in its original condition, exactly as it was purchased, with all accessories included and sealed in its original packaging.
In the case of purchasing a bundle or promotional package, the customer must return all items included in the package. Partial returns are not accepted, and all items must be in their original condition.
